I had no idea this place existed but within a minute of walking in I was convinced San Antonio absolutely needs this place around. They're the only people in town that carry the gallon container of Blue Bear Mastic Remover. Not only that but the woman who greeted me as I walked in knew not only what it was I was looking for but also what to use as a degreaser in the place of the one recommended on the bottle. AND their price was better than Amazon by quite a bit! Additionally they have products I've never seen in other hardware stores. This place was absolutely great.

I needed glass cut for a frame that was 36x16 today and I had it cut plus all the tools to rehang the frame in a single visit. The Army vet who helped me was extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this place and will be back, way better than the big department store experience.

Very warm, friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. They even sell paint. On staff they have a licensed plumber and one guy who used to work as an electrician. I even found brackets for automotive applications. Saved me money on gas going here instead of going far away to the nearest big brand store. Been going here for over a decade. Vast vast majority of the time I have had good to great experiences consistently. Best to give a fair evaluation of this place.

Love all the pretty things for the ladies. Also, we go there to buy nuts, bolts, etc. that are in the little drawers. Buy just the quantity you need; no plastic packaging!

This place reminds me of what stores used to be they greeted you and made you feel welcome even if you were looking around. There is something about human contact, personality and service that technology cannot replace

Wonderful customer service! Unlike a couple of other bolt stores I tried, the staff here were genuinely helpful and kind. Even though they didn’t have the exact nut I needed, they still helped me fix my tablet stand—and I really appreciate that!

Needed some “hardware” while my honey got a massage around the corner. My first trip in, and it transported me back to my hometown in Lindsey Ohio and Naus Brother’s Hardware. I found a solution to everything I was looking for. The store was bright, immaculately clean, was supporting local businesses in “open space” of center aisle, and the staff were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They responded like that cared, unlike many of the big box home improvement stores. Absolutely delighted with all aspects of my stop. I’ll be back and recommend y’all stop by, even if you don’t need anything.

I recently moved near this store and have been going in for all of the little things you need when getting a house set up after a move. Staff is helpful and I love the convenience. Recently I had to hang a light fixture and I had lost some mounting hardware in the move- the staff helped me figure out the exact pieces I needed and saved me $$$. Love this place. And, they carry Benjamin Moore paint! Love.

I visited the store to pick up supplies and get clarification on instructions for installing a garbage disposal. David, the master plumber that day, provided excellent customer service. We went over the diagram on the instruction sheet. In the end, I was able to get the job done! Thank you, David and Johnnie Chouke's Team!
